Connecting Krystal Spiral in Personal Tree: In this meditation we will intend to connect the [[Krystal Spiral]] in our heart with each of the dimensional spheres in our personal tree of life. As we make progress in clearing energetic blockages into increased self-awareness and self-realization, we ascend upward on the branches of the Tree of Life which hold consciousness experiences in time. These timelines are in the many branches which hold instruction sets traveling between and within the dimensional spheres located in the Tree of Life. This is how we gain self-knowledge as a multidimensional and spiritual being; we travel through the spheres of time held in the holographic layers of the [[12 Tree Grid|Tree of Life]]. Begin to connect in your heart with an experience you had in your memories that reflects the image and feelings of great natural beauty. A moment where you felt awe in the presence of such majestic natural beauty that it filled your heart with appreciation for life to be able to sense that great beauty in the world.  As you feel the sensation of natural beauty and your heart felt appreciation, imagine the most beautiful and majestically large Tree that you can create in your mind. Slowly bring the image into your mind, of this beautiful majestic Tree, filled with life, filled with many creative experiences, filled with wisdom.  See the trunk of the tree firmly rooted and grounded in the earth, strongly supported in its foundation,  while moving up the trunk and seeing the growing tree branches extending out in so many directions, while musical leaves grow as they dance together in the gentle wind that plays the music of the spheres, the colors being generated from the soft music is nourishing back into the tree to grow and extend even further, reaching into the sky, reaching towards the heavens.
