The purpose of this meditation is to stabilize and strengthen the core and to merge our light (and sound) bodies into the oneness of the 7 krystal tones: ka ra ya sa ta ha la. Learn how to locate the central vertical column of your core manifestation template and scan for dark spots and harmful portals in your energy body. Reweave and Reconnect each of the internal kathara spheres of the core template with the Christed Light in a figure 8 pattern; while expanding your central vertical column to the width of the 12D pillar.
